Depending on the nature and complexity of the training/consulting work, either you'll know immediately how I suggest to proceed or I'll prepare a quote that will be sent to you within the following week.

  • I contacted Damien on the strength of an ad I saw in the BLC newsletter in which he offered instruction for Mac users. Having been frustrated by several issues with my computer I called him hoping to set up an appointment. As I live in Germany and he in Luxembourg, I was expecting to wait a few days at least. He made an appointment for that same evening to have a look at my Mac remotely which would be more cost effective for me and faster to organise. All issues were resolved within half an hour and Damien explained each step very clearly. I was particularly pleased that he could have followed, but did not choose to go down, the more expensive route of a home visit. He seems like a man with a great deal of integrity.
